*Kids Taekwondo*

The Taekwondo University Kids Taekwondo program is a martial arts training program specifically designed for children ages 7 to 12. The program is structured to build on the fundamentals of Taekwondo while developing focus, discipline, and self-confidence as students grow.

Through structured drills, sparring practice, and belt-rank training, students in the Kids Taekwondo program learn proper technique and form under the guidance of experienced instructors. The program also emphasizes goal-setting and leadership, helping children build the mental focus to succeed both on and off the mat.

Instructors in the Kids Taekwondo program are committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where every student can progress at their own pace. The program is a great way for children to stay active, build lasting friendships, and develop the confidence to take on new challenges.
