*Teen & Adult Program*

The Taekwondo University Teen / Adult program is a martial arts training program specifically designed for teenagers and adults. The program is structured to provide students with a comprehensive training experience, covering the fundamental techniques of Taekwondo as well as the discipline and mental focus needed to succeed in life.

Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and physical conditioning, students in the Teen / Adult program are able to develop their skills and progress through the ranks of Taekwondo.
